Health & Wellness Expo
The Fit and Fabulous Health and Wellness Expo is the premier women’s health initiative in Dallas – Fort Worth and the surrounding area. In addition to an exhibit hall showcasing vendors from the health, wellness, beauty, and fitness industries, the event features seminars on timely subjects affecting the health of our community. Join us for our Fifth Annual Expo, Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Hilton Garden Inn Lewisville Convention Center!

The inaugural Maternal Affirmation Maternal Assistance & Advocacy Conference (MAMAA Con) was an inspiring event dedicated to promoting maternal health and wellness. Presented by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ®, this event brought together a diverse array of health care providers and , advocates committed to supporting mothers on their journey to well-being.
